Location, friendliness of the staff bang for buck

La ubicación a pocos metros del mercado y de la playa, apartamento amplio, cómodo y limpio

Faltan utensilios de limpieza, pasamos 5 días y no había ni un solo trapo, hay dispensador de papel de manos pero sin papel, hay lavavajillas pero no hay pastillas, hay lavadora pero no hay jabón, y no hay escoba, solo hay un pequeño cepillo con recogedor de manos En 5 días no pasaron a limpiar ni a cambiar toallas

L'emplacement était bien,juste la rue est très petite avec les voitures qui garent à l'autre côté de droite qui empeche le passage d'autres voitures et c'était diffile descendre avec les valises mais à part ça ça va.

À la recherche des clés qui nous avait compliquer un heureusement que j'étais avec quelqu'un qui habite là à Setúbal ensemble on avaient pu trouvé la récception et manque de climatiseur dans un pays très chaud comme le Portugal.

The accomodation is spacious

There was 1 spoon and 2 small forks. The cutlery and glasses were not clean. There is a dish washer and washing machine but there are no detergents. There is no drying rack. There is no ventillation in the bathroom. The link of the location in the reservation conformation, is wrong. It points to a location 300m else. I e-mailed the reception and they appologised for the inconvieniance and send my remarks to the housekeeping team. Nice, but no follow up. We stayed 3 nights… Positive point: we could store our bikes inside.
