    Dirty, pest infested. Unhelpful and ignorant staff. Cheap but you get what you pay for!

    Overall good! I got quickly responses and it was a big room. I was so grateful that the hotel had a lift because I needed to carry lots of luggage. Instructions were clear, in the lobby there are lots of papers explaining the instructions too. The only issue would mention is an issue with the drainage of the toilet I think, like a leak. Other than that, I really liked my stay.
