The apartment is for guests only and includes self-check-in for maximum flexibility and convenience. We’re fully available whenever you need us.

Free street parking is available nearby and is generally easy and safe. For guests traveling with bicycles, we can also recommend a nearby bike storage service.
The apartment is for the guest’s exclusive use.
We’ve arranged for self-check-in since many of our guests prefer not to worry about their arrival time. Our guests are free to choose their arrival time as they wish. Despite this, we are always available to help and assist with anything you may need. We can always communicate via Airbnb, but we also provide our guests with our personal phone number in case they need to call us.
Our apartment is right on the banks of the Sado River, just 200 meters from Albarquel Park and 600 meters from Praia da Saúde beach. It’s in a quiet area, near the fishing marina, but there are plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. It’s also just 800 meters from the historic city center. We love the apartment’s location because it offers the best of both the beach and the city.
You can park on the street—there’s always space, and it’s quite safe. For bikes, we can provide you with the contact information for a nearby bike storage facility.
-For security reasons and in accordance with the condominium rules:
- No parties or events;
- No pets;
- No shoes;
- Quiet hours, as required by Portuguese law, from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.;
- No noise on balconies after 10:00 p.m.;
- No barbecuing or any activities that may cause smoke or odors on balconies.
- Please do not forget to turn off the air conditioners when you are not in the apartment.
- For stays longer than 10 days, we provide a complimentary weekly cleaning service, during which we will change the towels and bed linens and perform general upkeep of the apartment. This does not include routine cleaning or tidying up of your personal items, such as washing dishes, taking out the trash, or tidying up.
- After a day at the beach, please shake off the sand outside so that the showers do not get clogged.
