Perfect location. Nice modern apartment. Small balcony. and

We did not like the host company (HomeMatch) that manage the apartment for an unknown owner. They did not solve serious problems we complained about in the apartment (like a freezing refrigerator that destroyed our medication). At several times they were rude and refuse to help us. For example they claimed that they are not responsible to clean dog shit in front of the apartment and they are only responsible for the inside of the apartment. They claimed that they don't know the building owner/management so we can call them for help. This is outrageous and unacceptable. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. Although the price for the apartment was quite high, the apartment is also missing small essential stuff (like saucers, dustpan, etc) that in our opinion they can easily buy. They claimed that everything needs approval by the owner and that it is hard to reach him.. and we ended up buying these things ourself. In addition, they ask for additional payment for any towel or sheets about the 2 they supplied and left the two beds in the second bedroom bare since we were only 2 guest, although we paid for a 2 bedroom apartment.

Amazing everything - location, size, design , amenities, comfort. We stayed as a family of 4 and had an amazing time. Great value !

Excelente localização. Apartamento confortável, bem equipado, instalações novas.

A instrução para localizar as chaves foi um pouco confusa. Faltou incluir um ponto de referência para facilitar a localização do prédio, já que os carros não entram na rua.

A casa em si era excelente , bem localizada, bonita.

Limpeza do pior que já vi. Zero cuidado com o hóspede. Éramos 5 pessoas ( 1 bebe incluindo) e nem um jogo de cama e de atoalhados tinham a mais.
