amamos o apartamento tem bastante conforto,máquina de lavar ,uma despensa,tudo bem arrumado e pronto para lazer em família,os quartos são óptimos ,óptima internet ,boa localização,próximo de restaurantes,shops

The property was clean. The rooms were nice. All the ac worked in all of the rooms. It was close to public transport. It was situated in a good area. They had all the stuff needed in the kitchen. There was also a playground outside the apartment.

Overall it was a good stay but before we were able to get in, there was an issue regarding the ages for the kids. For this accommodation 12 years and up were considered adults and it was not specified on booking.com. The property owner was friendly and nice to help with this situation. The owner of the property told me to call booking.com to fix this issue. They took over 20 mins to get back to me. I figured out this issue while I was at the airport and had to fix everything with the property owner and booking.com. Booking.com also told me that the owner demanded an additional fee which I did not pay due to the age of adults not being specified. It was a very stressful process. By the way there was only one person over 18 and the rest were all under 18.
