The cottage features a private driveway and parking and is perfectly located - just 20 minutes from Daylesford Farm and Soho Farmhouse, 30 minutes from Blenheim Palace and Stratford Upon Avon. A great gateway for exploring the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.

Please note:
• The wider farm grounds and outbuildings are not accessible to guests.
• There is a small fenced body of water on the farmland, this is outside the guest-access area.
• Children should be supervised outdoors at all times.
• Wood-burning stoves are currently decorative and not available for guest use (please enquire before booking if this feature is important to your stay).
• For larger groups, the neighbouring farmhouse (sleeps 8) can also be booked, allowing family and friends to stay close by whilst enjoying additional space.
• Parties are not permitted at the property - only the amount of guests booked are to be permitted at the property unless arranged otherwise directly with the host.
• Indoor smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, first-aid kit at the property.
