During high season, preference is given to reservations of two or more consecutive months that begin on the 1st or 2nd day of the month and end on the last day of the month. Reservations beginning or ending mid-month may be considered and quoted individually.

Off season: Aug -Dec 2026 = $2,200 per month.
Shoulder season: May - July 2026 = $2,400 per month.
