Bright and sunny, recently updated and spacious two bedroom, two bathroom corner unit on the top floor! This is the perfect setting to enjoy your Florida getaway. Enjoy the many water views of Boca Ceiga Bay and Isla del Sol golf course from the balcony for endless sunrises and sunsets! The building offers recreation rooms where residents gather to socialize and a large pool and spa overlooking the water. You can watch boats sail by while you swim in the pool or lounge on the pool patio. Isla del Sol is a 350 acre island and is ideally situated within 30 minutes of 2 international airports, a short drive to St. Petersburg Beach and downtown St. Petersburg, and close to the Don Cesear Beach Resort, grocery stores, upscale shopping, museums, art galleries, and tons of amazing restaurants. The Isla del Sol island has streets with nice golf views and walking paths for exercising. The area has great fishing off the seawalls and near the bridges connecting the island to St. Pete Beach and Ft. Desoto. This is a property you do not want to miss!!!

The owner described this lovely condo accurately, and we found it to be very comfortable. He provided great customer service. The property was clean and well maintained . There was a great social environment with lots of good restaurants and activities nearby. I would highly recommend this condo to a friend or relative.
