With a spacious interior, modern décor, and views of Isla Del Sol Country Club from its private balcony, this second-floor condo with cathedral ceilings is the ideal place to enjoy a fun-filled getaway to St. Petersburg. There's nothing like having a home away from home where you can kick back on your comfy living room sofa for a movie night on the large flatscreen TV with family and friends.
The condo features a full kitchen with all the major appliances and ample counter space to cook up something wonderful for tonight's homemade meal. You can serve your dinner guests at the handsome dining table with seating for six or just pull up stools to the kitchen counter for a casual bite. The resort includes lots of fun on-site amenities, including a shared pool. The home's high-speed WiFi and central AC will allow you to work in comfort as you do a little research for your online projects.
You are less than two miles from St. Pete’s beach, or you can enjoy the private beach that Isla Del Sol has on the west side facing the Pinellas Bayway Bridge. Take a couple of beach chairs and the six beach towels provided for your use down to the water for a day of sun and fun. The private washer/dryer will allow you to pack light and ensure everyone's clothes stay clean during your stay.
Please note that renting this property requires a background check submitted directly to the HOA. There is an additional fee outside of the booking platform of $19.95 per person (subject to change) for all guests 18 years of age and older.
After your reservation is confirmed, we will send detailed instructions on how to complete the required background check. Once the background check has been submitted and approved, the HOA also requires a separate application to be completed.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed! We had beautiful view and enjoyed many walks over the bridge. Would definitely stay again!

This condo is well kept, clean, comfortable and has a spectacular view of the 7th tee. My mom and I spent lots of time reading on the balcony. We also enjoyed the small private beach (walking distance) and the fact that we could cook our meals rather than go out all of the time. The linens and towels we clean and cozy and the living room had comfy furniture and a nice large TV. The only challenge I had was getting the lock unlocked. Probably I just didn’t really understand how it worked and we did get it open. But for about 10 minutes we were a little worried. I would absolutely choose to stay here again in an instant.
