The exterior is laced with distinctive red brick, with deep-set oak-framed windows. Inside, a concrete and timber coffered ceiling defines the open-plan living space, with windows looking onto private garden spaces. Carefully selected furniture pieces by Carl Hansen and Arne Jacobsen complement the architecture, while a genuine Serge Mouille three-arm lamp anchors the living space.
