The change from heating to air conditioning in the apartment's boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and likewise, the change from air conditioning to heating will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp.
During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, refundable at the end of the stay if there is no damage to the accommodation. Please respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system.
Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times. Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times.
The registration process involves the mandatory online registration of each guest before accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in, from 21:00 to 02:00, incurs a supplement of €70, which must be paid in cash.
MitHouse is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to failure to carry out this prior process.
