Muy decepciona con reglas de toallas y sábanas, una reserva de 5 días, como mínimo tendría que haber un cambio, sabe ustedes si el usuario tiene un problema de salud y lo necesitas? En mi 10 años con booking,, es la primera vez que reservamos un inmueble que no tenga 1 un cambio, como mínimo para sus clientes. Encima la lavadora no trae la función secar, por se acaso lavaramos, tendríamos que esperar que se secara, y tampoco hay donde colgalas .. Y colchón demasiado blando... te despiertas cojo.

It was a comfortable room with the basic necessities. Our stay was good and the hosts were nice. When the AC wasn’t working, they tried to fix it asap.

The hosts asked to throw out the garbage everyday and to clean the dishes. What was annoying that we were staying for 5 days and they provided only ONE garbage bag. Were we supposed to buy the rest? If the expectation is to throw out garbage everyday, atleast provide enough garbage bags for us to be able to do that. What was also annoying was that the air conditioner is too small for the space. At first, it wasn’t even working. When they fixed it, it was okay but the room still wasn’t COLD or even cool.
