Very clean and a sweet Beach house. Lovely sunsets and ocean vistas. Oxxo store just nearby for drinks/ snacks! Small pool for cooling off. Very nice terrace to relax and enjoy the views!
Sorry, bad water pressure; bad shower head. Stair ways needs rebuilding/ repairs. Not for handicap/ old/ bad knees... when it says 3rd floor, that means 3 flights of stairs. Front door does NOT Have a good lock; so when you leave it is open/ or at night, you cannot lock the door from the inside. (But also a good neighborhood; and not too many burglars will climb 3 flights of stairs to break in!). 2nd Pool near beach not open to 3rd floor guests.
