Large house ( looks small from the outside); 3 bedrooms were nice; although only used 1. Nice shower and water pressure. Kitchen was okay; no fresh drinking water however; so I bought my own. Had a driveway with gate; so I could have locked up the car, but didn't want to. Nice Aircon units and fans all around.

Tile flooring was old, stained, cracked and needed a total redo. Kitchen untensils were cheap/ knife was dull. Showers needed non-skid shower mats; towelsets needed to include floor mats too. Funny doorway heights; perfect for under 5' 10". Could not get into the backyard, but that wasn't super important.
