Modern Stays Makati Premium 1 BR at Jazz Residences

Exceptional experience and I am looking forward to stay again here when chances came by again. The unit's host is very accommodating, respectful and assisted us until check-out. The furniture and appliances are high quality. It really feels like we are at home with high level of comfort. I guess, this beats my past experiences with rental condo units. Very strong wifi connection. Plus, we had some encounters with not working showers and heater which is due to last guest not being transparent and a bit inconsiderate. The owner is already generous enough to make guest comfortable, let's do our part to take care of the house too. The same way we take care our home. Our rental fee is not even enough compare to the repair fees the owner had to pay if we are being inconsiderate. Also, kudos to the high level security. We never felt in danger and we can sleep with ease.

My only problem is the pest control, there are lot of small cockroaches wandering around when we arrived. Plus, there is something in sofa bed that triggers my girlfriend's asthma. I just tried opening na air purifier to lessen the trigger. But she said it is still there, so we decided not to let her sit on sofa. She has a keen nose or highly sensitive nose. I don't know if it was vape's residue or what. But in the bedroom, she can sleep comfortably.
