I like the location of this condo,its perfect and accessible to All,clean and comfortable.a decent place of makati is always safe to walk even at night and alone.
The cost of living is a little bit expensive.

location was great but no amenities are included and the room doesn't match the photos it is very worn and tattered The listing shows photos of other completely different ( nicer) flats in the building.
on the plus side at least it was not expensive
