Very cost-effective, with a nice and friendly owner. Everything in the room is quite new, and the AC works well during the hot summer. The soundproof window also helps keep outside noise to a minimum.
The hallway soundproofing could be improved. As all four studios/apartments are in the same building, noise from other tenants such as unlocking and locking their doors sometimes wakes you up in the morning.
