Villa Gaia by Lalita

Check-in: No issues, very easy to check-in. Clear details provided by host. Location: Excellent! Away from the hustle and bustle but still near enough to it. It is a row of villas under Lalita Properties, so you can easily make friends with your neighbours! Service: 10/10! Any issues I communicated, staff will promptly be at my doorstep within minutes! This is because they are around the vicinity and always ready to help guests. They went further by accommodating to my request for iron, ironing board and two extra towels! Living room: Perfect! just look at the photos and you will know what I mean. Bedrooms: No issues. Everything was clean and tidy. Kitchen: Fully functional kitchen equipped with fridge, cutleries, utensils and electric kettle and stove. Cleanliness: Overall cleanliness is 10/10! Security: It is not within a gated community but having people around the neighbouring villas and staff made me feel safe even when walking to my villa at night. Parking space: Ideal for motorcycles, though I have not seen any guests park a car outside their villa. Noise level: Generally okay as my villa was located away from the main road. In my villa, I could hear my neighbours when they laughed loudly but this was tolerable. Wifi: 10/10!
