La ubicación tranquila, a una calle del Mediterráneo y a una calle del Mar Menor. El aire acondicionado y los ventiladores de techo que hay en las habitaciones y salón dan una gran comodidad en verano. Teníamos a nuestra disposición, sal, aceite, jabón de manos, gel de ducha, papel higiénico, café en cápsulas. Hasta nos dejaron 2 cápsulas para lavar la ropa, tiene todas las comodidades en cuanto a utensilios de cocina, tenderete, lavadora, tostadora, no le falta de nada. Las almohadas muy cómodas, toallas y sábanas incluidas, hay una llave especial para poder utilizar las duchas que están en el complejo para los vecinos, son privadas y eso nos dieron una gran comodidad. Hicimos la reserva de un día para otro y no tuvimos problemas. Miguel fue muy amable, nos recomendó lugares para comer y visitar.
