La proximidad a la playa. Las vistas al mar.
Se nota dejadez por parte de quien lo gestiona. Parte del mobiliario, cocina, puertas, etc necesitan una actualización. Es una pena porque con cuatro cosas podría mejorar muchísimo. Aún así disfrutamos nuestra estancia.

La ubicacion
Había unos vecinos de la casitas que están junto al mar, que no se comportaron muy bien. Se piensan que la urbanización es suya. Pero por lo demás todo muy bien.

Buena ubicación, buenas vistas, apartamento muy cómodo, equipado con todo. Nuestra estancia fue estupenda.
