The location is exceptional. Nice views all around the stay and the way to the stay. Staffs are very friendly. Food is good, tastes like home food and not hotel food. Has an option for camp fire. Also it has more than 6+ car parking spaces.

The only dislike for me was, there were no fans. Understably mostly stays/hotels don't have fans in Ooty due to cool temparature. But it was a miss for me personally.

We booked this place for a quiet couple's getaway, and it ended up being the highlight of our Coonoor trip. The moment we reached, the peaceful surroundings instantly slowed everything down. The property is tucked in the middle of endless tea estates, and the views keep changing throughout the day with the mist, clouds, and sunshine. Our favourite part was waking up early, opening the curtains, and watching the sunrise over the hills without even leaving the bed. It was one of those rare moments you just sit back and enjoy. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with large windows to make the most of the scenery. The home-cooked food was fresh, comforting, and honestly some of the best meals we had during our trip. The Wi-Fi was also excellent, so it's a perfect choice if you're planning a peaceful workation. The location is ideal for exploring Coonoor. Sim's Park, Dolphin's Nose Viewpoint, Lamb's Rock, the Highfield Tea Factory, and even the Nilgiri Mountain Railway are all within an easy drive, making sightseeing very convenient. If you're looking for a place that's away from the crowds but still close to everything, this is it. It's not just a stay—it's the kind of place where you slow down, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and leave with memories that stay with you long after the trip. We would happily return again. ❤️

Had a really lovely stay here! It's perfect if you're looking for a peaceful place with beautiful views. The tea plantations and the hills right in front of the property make the mornings and evenings especially relaxing. Oh and offers an excellent view of the sunrise! The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and great for families or even small groups. There are 12 private rooms with great views on both sides, a kitchen, a common dining area, plenty of parking, and a campfire setup that makes the evenings even more enjoyable. The home-cooked food was simple, fresh, and delicious. One of the main reasons I booked this place is because the host Alok also runs one of the best hostels in Coonoor, where I've stayed several times before. Every visit has been a great experience, so I knew I could expect the same warm hospitality here. Alok is kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, and the staff are equally friendly. If you're visiting Coonoor with family or friends and want a comfortable stay surrounded by nature, I'd definitely recommend this place. Looking forward to coming back!
