Loved the location , felt close to the nature

It is very serene and lovely place .Enchanting tea estate property with a blend of natural beauty and tranquility .

Restaurant 30 minutes far .if we have car it’s not problem

The host forgot that we were coming and had to wait for the co host to come in for the keys

The only item that we did not like was the fact that we can't cook Eggs or any non vegetarian foods. Common, in 2024! LOL I'd prefer protein over the vegetarian superiority nonsense any day. It was a bit frustrating and funny at the same time. Still someone else is dictating what I eat, even after paying money for the property.

1) Location was brilliant - a bit away from the main centres of Ooty - which we were not interested in. It’s just a few meters away from the highway. But it’s critical to have your own transport here. 2) The villa is perched on a cliff with brilliant views of the valley from all rooms. 3) Rooms are spacious and well designed

The services were very passable - the caretaker couple was new to the place and amateurish / not bothered. We gave up depending on them and sorted most things ourselves. Geysers didn’t work one day (of our two days stay) and we had to get water heated on stove. Breakfast options are negligible but with no nearby restaurants for an early breakfast - we had to live with the options offered for breakfast. Cleanliness is very average - of sheets, washrooms, dining spaces. Lot of energy spent in coordinating and supervising their work. Owners/ hosts are available on call/whatsapp and are professional but they are not available at the villa.
