We liked the property because the location was very good. It was very clean and met our expectations.
The one thing we didn’t like was that there was a musty smell. As soon as you open the front door, you are invited with the musty smell. We tried to get rid of the smell by leaving the front door open for a bit but it did not work. The smell made our clothes have the same musty smell.

Location is excellent, especially for the bars in the Nichome district of Shinjuku. Close to 2 subways and a 15 mins walk or so from the main Shinjuku station. Apartment is 6th floor but there’s an elevator. I was a little skeptical about staying here as there were very few reviews (I think only 1 when I booked it) but it was pretty awesome, all things considered.
Only real annoyance was that it was difficult to dry clothes after washing them if it is raining/humid, but that’s probably not the fault of the property ;)
