Great apartment in Nice

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, spotless, and located in a stunning building. Everything worked perfectly, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The host was very kind, responsive, and explained everything clearly before our arrival. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend this place. We would be happy to stay here again!

Great flat, recently renovated but keeping the old french building charm, new furniture, beddings, linens, towels, kitchen utensils. Very well equipped: everything you need for comfortable stay (washing and drying machines, dishwasher, coffee machine, ironing board, vacuum, drying rack, microwave). Big plus is separate rooms and kitchen: so if someone wakes up earlier or comes home late - it is no problem to make noise in the kitchen and not to bother the rest of the family. The flat is on the top floor (there is an elevator), you can see planes take off or landing from the bedroom window - I enjoyed it very much. Air conditioner is powerful to cool down the whole flat and there is also very good ceiling ventilator in the bedroom. Each room has little balcony - perfect to dry beach towels and laundry. There are few grocery stores close by, bakery and fresh fruit and vegetable shops. The flat is located very close to the main train station, neighbourhood is safe and clean. Half an hour walk to the Old town, 10 min walk to the sea. We were dropped off and picked up by car so I can not say how convenient is to get to the flat from the airport by public transportation. It was not a problem to find short term paid parking on the streets by the building. The host speaks perfect English, very nice communication, easy to follow instructions to check in and check out.

There is nothing i didn’t like about the flat, it was a great stay. Just one thing to be aware of if you travel with little kids - it is a bit of walk to the beach but for us it was not a problem at all, I enjoy walking. If you have a chance - bring or buy little shopping bag on the wheels - helps to transport groceries and whatever you need for a comfortable stay at the beach.
