Stunning location, situated on the highest point of Fira with a breathtaking panoramic view of the caldera and the islands. Spacious, clean room equipped with all comforts. Very comfortable bed with double pillows and a window in front from which you can admire the sea. Large bathroom with spacious shower and courtesy kit. A highlight is the Jacuzzi on the terrace, with water heated all day and illuminated at night, where you can relax while admiring a unique view. A special mention to Moh and the owner for their kindness, helpfulness, and friendliness, and for helping make our stay in Santorini unforgettable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommended.

The perfect view of the caldera from the hot tub / terrace. Location fantastic / room quiet despite being in the heart of busy Fira. Researched many places and at the price do not think we could have done better. And of course our host Moh was charming and keen to help with as many or as few arrangements as we wanted - for us, just good restaurant recommendations and smooth transfers as we were happy to soak in the view - but much more available.

Man oh man, what was there not to like about this place. It has the most amazing views, the most amazing staff and by far the coolest accommodations ever! First off Moh the manager was THE BEST! he reached out to us months in advance of our stay on WhatsApp to confirm our details, sent us recommendations on everything from restaurants to buggy rentals and more! he made it super easy to look things up and ask his questions well in advance of our stay to make our time on the island relaxing and stress free. When you arrive Moh is there waiting to help you with your bags, give you your keys and sit down with you to explain everything to where the local and less touristy spots are on the island. Honestly listen to his recommendations, we did and could not be happier! After checking in and explaining everything, he took the time each and everyday to check on us, he how we were doing and if we needed anything, it was wonderful. he also can book things for you, like dinner reservations, car rentals and excursions! We used this a couple times and man it made it easy to get a car and buggy at a great local rate! Now as for the room, WOW, you really get the Santorini cave experience with your own personal hot tub! There are not a ton of these on the island that you feel privacy with a top notch view. The shower was hot, the room was clean, the bed was soft and the private balcony was a dream. This place is an 11/10 and is an amazing value for the cost. There is also only 5 rooms so you really get a personal experience with everything.
