الاستقبال لم يتلقى طلبي في الدخول لشقه يقول هذه الشقه للمالك تواصل انت بالمالك وانا أقول أنا حجزت عن طريق بوكينج كيف اعرف يقولون راسل المالك وحاولت التواصل مع بوكينك ولا كن لافائدة كله اي ميل ومايردون علي وانا أقول للموظفة اتصلي بالبوكينج تقول أنا مختصه بزبائن الشقق التابعه عندي بالفندق واقول لها أنا شقتي بالفندق تقول تواصل مع المالك هذا كلام المديره معاملتها سيئة جدا والحمد لله ساعدني عجوز بولنديه بالتنظيف واتصلت بالمالك لأنها كانت تنظف نفس الشقة وكانت هناك موظفه استقبال اسلوبها ممتاز. ولاكن المديره تقول لها لاتتدخلين فيه اتركيه أنا المديره أسم الموظفه NATALIA صراحه ممتازه وتستاهل تكون مديره لإنهاء لطيفه وتتعامل مع الجميع بأسلوب طيب واشكرها شكرا جزيلا ونصيحتي للفندق تغيير المديره
