Sijainti oli ihan ok, saimaa vieressä. Kauppa lähellä, samoin bussipysäkki. Siistiä ja puhdasta oli ja hyvin varusteltu. Täällä pääsee tutustumaan itäisen Savonlinnan lähiöön.
Autopaikan numero saisi selvitä ilmoituksessa. No se löytyi talon ilmoitustaululta

Aamiainen ei sisältynyt hintaan. Kaikki tarvittavat välineet aamiaista varten olivat hyviä, joitakin aamiastarvikkeita oli myös käytettävissä, esim. kahvia, teetä, mehua, pullovettä
Majoituspaikka sijaitsi toisessa kerroksessa, talossa ei hissiä. Ei sovellu liikuntavammaiselle. Tästä ei ollut varaustilanteessa ilmoitusta.
