Reka koja je odmah ispod kuće je izuzetno čista. Može se zaplivati u viru i pogodno je za decu i starije osobe. Komšije su veoma prijemčive i opuštene.
Prva prodavnica je udaljena oko 2km.

Локация замечательная!Имеется свой приватный пляж на чистейшей речке Лопатница! Отдохнули как на море: свежий воздух,теплая вода,прекрасные пейзажи и отсутствие скопления людей!Непременно вернёмся! Спасибо Слободану и его родителям за заботу и внимание!
Можно было бы огородить участок со стороны дороги полностью,чтобы собака не сидела под ёлкой на привязи.
