The cottage is modern and very clean. Despite its small size, a separate bedroom gives all family members their own space. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal. Wifi works very well. The air conditioning works well, even at temperatures of 35 degrees. The place is very charming and quiet. There are only two houses on the property. At night you can only hear cicadas and the sound of the river. There is a big swimming pool on the river with clean water and quite warm for a mountain river. You can use the sun loungers, umbrellas and even buy drinks at the mini bar by the pool. A few kilometers from Lopatnica there is a restaurant with very good food, a nice hotel with a thermal pool (in case of bad weather) and a supermarket. The owners are very nice, friendly and helpful. An attractive place for trips to nearby attractions: the wonderful Studenica Monastery, Maglić Castle, Žica Minastery, the beautiful resort of Vrnjacka Banja, Nový Pazar.

Savršeno mesto za beg iz grada i odmor u prirodi, ljubazni i susretljivi domaćini. Topla preporuka 🙂

Отличный дом. 100% рекомендую. Было на удивление очень чисто. Всё аккуратно. Есть интернет. Домик находится возле реки. Вы только представьте у вас на участке река! Это самый красивый участок на котором мне довелось жить. Запомню его на всю жизнь. Недалеко замок Маглич. Очень красивая местность рядом.

Единственный минус - это дорога к дому. Дорог оказалось несколько, я, к сожалению, сразу ездил по плохой, но потом нашёл асфальтированную и стало гораздо приятнее.
