Розташування дуже зручне, дуже близько до головних місць, що я планував відвідати (оперний театр, міський парк, вул. Дерибасівська, Сходи, Привоз, пляж Ланженрон та багато іншого. Господиня була дуже привітна, допомогла з паркуванням (безкоштовно, у дворі, поруч з квартирою). Крартира з новим ремонтом, має всі базові складові комфортного відпочинку та навіть "бонуси"
