Ідеальне розміщення, все необхідне є в квартирі. Приємна власник квартири. Все влаштувало.
Єдине прохання: зробити полички в ванній.

Чудове місце розташування, до вул. Дерібасівська 100 метрів. Якщо маєте автівку, то дуже зручно їхати у любу локацію міста чи області. Незаперечують мешкати з домашньою твариною (кішка). Привітьні сусіди(один з них мешкає у цьому історичному будинку (1930 року будови) все своє життя(70+ років). Є мінімально необхідне для приготування їжи(ми не готували, поруч на Дерібасівський безлич закладів харчування). Непоганий та зручний розкладний діван у великій кімнаті(велике спальне місце).
Доволі гучно(вікна на вул. Преображенська). Матрац на кровати трохи незручний(відчуваються пружини всередені). Доволі чиста квартира з непоганим ремонтом, але чомусь при заселені на підлозі було трохи бруду. У квартирі є всі необхідні аксесуари для прибирання (совок зі щіткою, ведро зі щваброю), тому швидко все привели до ладу.

The washing machine didn't work. The soundproofing isn't great, and the street can be a bit noisy at night sometimes.

Good location, enough space, second floor, center of the city.
Bad bathroom, If you are average tall than you will definitely have troubles with a toilet. There are only one slow conditioner for the whole flat.
