Проживал в сентябре. Хозяйка очень положительное ощущение после себя оставила. Без лишних вопросов, без лишних действий. Всё по делу. Встретили, рассчитались, пожил, провели. 0 проблем, 0 лишних, ненужных вопросов. Расположение очень хорошее, прямо возле пекарни и магазинов. До привоза пять минут пешком.
С ВайФаем проблемы возникли, подключения не было по причине отсутствия оплаты за срок. В самой квартире достаточно старые двери и не везде присутствуют дверные ручки, однако это мелочи.
