Great Stay - Efterpi Muses Suite -Syggrou Avenue

Ottima posizione appartamento ben curato in una zona tranquilla di Atene

The apartment is very nice. Small, but enough space, cozy, good decorated and clean. Has almost all you need in the kitchen. I liked the bathroom a lot. The location is good. Close by bus or foot from the centre (30min walk). Good connection (A2, 040, etc) all drive to the city center and are there every 3-4 min.

Collection of the keys. I got the message through booking from the host asking me of the arrival time. The automatic one. I answered later when I was sure of our arrival time, I wrote about 3 hours before we are about to arrive (either way they allow from 4pm the check in, so I wrote then). And then waited....and waited. Cause nothing came about how to collect the keys. I also wrote to please contact me through internet, not regular calls, cause calls on my non-greek sim card don't always get through. Nothing. I came to the building without knowing how to get in. I managed to make a call, it went through finally, and the girl on the other side said there was a mix up, and that they didn't even ready our apartment. Ok, I understood. It happens, but the aftermath was me going out of my way for them. When I explicitly said to contact me through booking or whatsapp, anything with internet, cause of bad signal and costs on my card they say: yes of course, and don't even try to read my messages on booking. Basically if I didn't call them through phone, for every little thing (cause they went to clean the apartment and ready it, after we went to eat out), I wouldn't be able to reach them. Till this day, my booking messages are still unanswered. They have more units and not enough people to manage them. And one regular greek number to answer. So organization? Zero points. Also parking? Gotta find place in the street. Not impossible, but gotta be fast and perceptive.
