Logement rénové récemment, très propre lumineux et confortable. La vue sur Sanremo est très belle. La literie est très confortable. Point fort : La climatisation dans les 3 pièces du logement est très appréciable après une chaude journée en extérieur !👏👏
Quelques équipements de base sont manquants, tel un four à micro-ondes dans la cuisine ou une cafetière filtre en complément de la petite cafetière induction fournie. Un petit meuble de rangement serait un plus dans la grande chambre en complément de la penderie. Un petit canapé dans la pièce principale serait un plus pour se relaxer en fin de journée. Autre élément indépendant au logement, le stationnement à Sanremo est très compliqué, il est presque impossible de garer son véhicule, la majorité du stationnement est privatif. Un élément à ne pas négliger lorsque que l'on vient dans cette ville.
