posizione tranquilla, parcheggio privato, nella zona sarebbe stato impossibile parcheggiare senza il parcheggio disponibile
la pulizia della cucina lasciava a desiderare, il fornetto elettrico era impresentabile. La doccia funzionava male: appena l'aprivi arrivava solo un filo d'acqua, con il passare del tempo arrivava l'acqua ma era un impossibile regolare la temperatura: da fredda diventava bollente, provavi a miscelare e la temperatura calava continuamente sino a ritornare gelida senza possibilità di rendere stabile la temperatura, consiglio il proprietario di riparare il miscelatore della doccia. Peccato per questo inconveniente perché l'appartamento è valido.
