EagleRidge Townhomes 1516 is a spacious, four-bedroom home with its very own hot tub and an unbeatable location within walking distance of the gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining area with a large table, and a private deck where you can unwind in the hot tub while breathing in the fresh mountain air. Enjoy a comfortable living space with vaulted ceilings and a cozy gas fireplace, a loft area and a den where your group can spread out, and five TVs and free WiFi for your at-home entertainment. You'll also be treated to central AC, a washer/dryer, a private two-car garage, and access to shared EagleRidge amenities that include a heated pool, hot tubs, a firepit, a gym, a steam room, massage services, and a winter ski shuttle.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a double vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The junior master has a queen-size bed and an attached bathroom as well. The third bedroom offers a king-size bed and a private bathroom, while the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed, twin bunk beds, and a bathroom of its own. There is also a half-bathroom located on the main living level.

Excellent home! Great space for 8 people. We would have appreciated basic amenities like salt and pepper - baggies, tin foil, extra throw blankets the home and in bed rooms. We loved all towels! Hot tub was great! I would caution on how hot the water gets. Otherwise great stay!

Property was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with a high chair and baby gate as an added bonus. The house was very functional for 8 people with 4 kids. 10/10 would recommend.

We came up for a girls weekend to play tennis and was delighted when entering this house. Everyone had their own bathroom and bedroom plus a really nice communal space. Wonderful house! The private hot tub was a definite perk.
