About this house rental
Stunningly set on a beautiful stretch of Biddeford's sparkling shores, you'll be located alongside two private beaches only homes in the association have access to. On that note, this oceanfront home boasts incredible views of the neighboring beach, ocean waves rolling in, and gorgeous nightly sunsets over New Barn Cove.
This two-story home sits on a small peninsula just north of Granite Point, granting it breathtaking ocean views to both the north and south. It's a scenic and convenient setting, equidistant from charming Kennebunkport (eight miles south) and downtown Biddeford (eight miles north). When you're not enjoying the public beach only a mile away, you'll be close to Fortune Rocks Beach (two miles) and Goose Rocks Beach (three miles) as well.
The house was designed to showcase its setting, which it does beautifully inside and out. Spend mornings, afternoons, and evenings out back, taking in the spectacular view whether you're sipping your first cup of coffee or barbecuing on the gas grill at sunset.
Banks of windows and glass doors bring the view inside as well, providing sunlight and scenery as you cook in the elegant kitchen, sit down for breakfast at the dining room table, and stream movies in the living room. All four bedrooms are upstairs, each looking out over the ocean and shoreline. Downstairs, there's also a cozy home office where you can log onto the high-speed WiFi at the desk, put on a movie for the kids, or find a bit of additional sleeping space at night.

The house was beautiful and just steps away from an almost private beach. It was perfect for our family with a 1 year old because it was so easy to go between the house and the beach without needing to drive anywhere! The deck was beautiful to hang out on and drink coffee while watching the herons and seals!

The house is charming. Not large, but plenty of bedroom space and common area. Spent most of the time on the back porch. Warm days with cool ocean breeze. Wonderful location. Kitchen was loaded with utensils. Barbecue grill was nice. Would’ve been nice to have some beach chairs. Only issue was with the garbage. Left overflowing by the prior users. Property manager was accessible and helpful when needed. would definitely stay there again.

The location was beautiful. Everything we wanted. The rooms were well appointed with good linens and bedding. The large roll out shade for the deck needs repair for use during full sun but that’s the only issue impacting the use of the property. Quiet, stunning views, beautiful sand beaches and gorgeous sunrises from the deck. Have already booked next year,
