Nice location but noisy due to air traffic from John Wayne Airport.

The place clean, Carpets in bedroom need cleaning. not stocked with much.. The stairs I felt was a problem, you have kids do not rent. My friend fractured her ankle, slipping down the stairs. The stairs are slippery. the tv's are a problem, no instructions at all. Took a while to figure out. Otherwise good spot.
