The Space:

When you aren't hanging out on the sunny balcony, head for the on-site pool. Continue to enjoy the radiant weather while visiting the Ocean City Boardwalk, Embers Island Mini Golf, Northside Park, Fenwick Island State Park, and the area's numerous restaurants and locally owned boutiques.
When you need a break from the sun, cool down and enjoy each other's company from the spacious living room, complete with ample seating and a large smart TV. When you aren't dining out, the well-equipped kitchen displays a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of meal prep space.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Wonderful location, great amenities, very clean and spacious. Had all that we needed coffee maker, board games, WiFi, and streaming apps. Highly recommend! Loved the large, beautiful balcony, but wish we had a direct view of the bay. Highly recommend using Vacasa for rentals as they immediately responded in the middle of the night when we had a difficult time first getting into the condo.

Very spacious. But it could have been cleaner, there were dirty linens in the master closet on the floor. It did not seem to be freshly vacuumed. And there were no K-cups provided per listing details. Very few towels provided.
