Our spacious apartment can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. It features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—along with an open-plan living and dining area with a sofa bed. There is a full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped open kitchen, designed for practical and comfortable stays.
Outside, guests can enjoy a shared terrace with a solarium area, barbecue, and space for outdoor dining. A washing machine is also available in this shared area, ideal for longer stays or active travelers.
The property is located within a private estate where the owners reside, in a local and family-oriented environment. It is surrounded by nature and just a few minutes from the sea, Puertito de Güímar and its square with bars and a relaxed atmosphere, as well as the yacht club. Although close to these points, the estate is set in a more secluded area, ensuring tranquility and a more authentic experience.
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the apartment, as well as the shared outdoor areas. There is also the option to rent the additional studio within the same estate, ideal for larger groups or families traveling together.
Puertito de Güímar is a coastal area with a relaxed and local atmosphere, known for its volcanic beaches, mild climate year-round, and proximity to unique natural spaces such as the Malpaís de Güímar. Unlike the more tourist-heavy areas in the south of the island, here you can enjoy a slower pace, with local restaurants, small shops, and a more authentic connection with the surroundings.
Access and transport
It is recommended to have a car to reach the property. Access includes approximately 1 km of unpaved dirt road, which is passable but different from a standard road. You can drive up to the entrance to unload luggage, and parking is available about 200 meters from the property. This type of access is part of the natural setting of the estate, so it is important to take it into account before booking.
