There's assigned parking to eliminate any additional stress, flatscreen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom, and a private oceanfront balcony where you can begin and end each beautiful day. In this part of midtown Ocean City, you'll be mere steps from the beach in one direction and less than a block from Coastal Highway in the other, providing you with easy access to a wide variety of restaurants, shops, bars, markets, miniature golf courses, and other sources of entertainment. The 58-acre expanse of Northside Park is two miles north, while the heart of the Ocean City Boardwalk is less than four miles south. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The condo was perfect for a long weekend! It was bright and clean. The starter pack of basic kitchen and toiletries was perfect for my daughter and I. The location was convenient to the bus stops and staying on the beach is the icing on the cake.

The property itself was quite nice, but we were shocked to discover the elevator was not actually at ground level but 11 steps up and they did not have a handicap ramp.Just an incredibly steep ramp that my mother was unable to climb.
Nine. We were not very satisfied with the way the owner handled misleading us.
Other than that it was a fabulous place to stay
