Your reservation includes a $65 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces may be available directly through the 9400 Building on a first-come, first-served basis for an additional $65.

We were so pleasantly surprised at just how perfect this condo was for us. We are a family of 6 and have a hard time finding space that doesn’t cost an extreme amount of money.
The location to any needed convenience and to the boardwalk was perfect for us.
We prefer the quiet tranquil beach during the day and a quick drive to all the excitement on the boardwalk.
I only wish there was an iron and ironing board for those dress up nights.

Loved it as soon as we walked in! We loved our week here. The condo was very clean, smelled great, beds were super comfortable and we loved the views from the windows and balcony. Recently updated and it shows.
Views of the beach and down Oceanside Blvd.
9400 Tower is in a great spot. Not too close to the busy boardwalk, but about a 10 min drive.
Close to all restaurants and shopping. Grocery store across the street.
Condo was kid friendly room. Our son (and us) enjoyed the bunk beds and the sand toys in the closet. Rooms on opposite end of the condo was nice. Bathrooms were very clean. Thank you!
Only negative was the additional 2hundredfifty VRBO suprise booking transaction on the CC in addition to my reservation.
