The unit has central air, washer and dryer, 1 1/2 baths, easy access to elevator. There is a heated oceanfront pool and changing facilities on the first floor. The building is conveniently located to area markets and restaurants.

Check in and out were easy. We didn’t use the kitchen because we grabbed food while we were out but it was update to date and clean. There were plenty of dishes to use if needed . Overall the condo was clean and decorated nicely. The view was amazing! And the pool was refreshing! Definitely would rent again!

My wife and I stayed in this condo during 4th of July week. The condo was very clean and was just as described in the listing. It had everything we needed to make some meals during the week. The location is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and the beach access could not be any easier. The balcony has a great view of the beach and we enjoyed eating dinner and having drinks while watching the waves. We highly recommend this condo for anyone wanting to spend some time at the beach.

Rented last minute and really enjoyed ourselves. Clean, comfortable and nice view. Nice tile work in bathrooms. Refrigerator had a loud noise but other than that, stove is nice and kitchen well stocked.Will consider staying again. Thank you!
