Powell Convention Center (across the street), the Ocean City Boardwalk (one mile), and Jolly Roger Amusement Park (one mile) close by. The surrounding blocks of Coastal Highway are also home to a wide assortment of eateries, shops, and sources of entertainment. The expansive, wraparound balcony is the star of the show here, with access points in the living room, the dining area, and all three bedrooms. It's a wonderful spot for reading in Adirondack chairs, sipping cold cocktails, and dining alfresco at sunset. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The actual condo and location are great. The condo has lots of room, nice patio... location is great... however it is loud and rooms stay lit all night because of street lights

This place would be fine, if the price was lower but for the price it was very sub-par. Beds were uncomfortable, decor is worse then a hotel. No cables, tv has a lock on so you can only use the cheap streaming box. Internet isn't great. Water pressure is horrible and only 1 tv in the 3 bedrooms. I love the building but this condo is not the one.
