HOUSE RULES
• Reservations are only accepted for guests 30 years of age or older.
• The person making the reservation must present a valid government-issued ID and remain on-site for the entire duration of the stay.
• Before check-in, the guest must sign the lodging agreement and accept these rules. Refusal to sign will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund.
• Only individuals listed on the reservation may enter and remain in the apartment. Unauthorized visitors are strictly prohibited from entering.
• Parties, gatherings, events, commercial activities, or any activity that disturbs neighbors or violates the residential complex’s rules are not permitted.
• The guest will be responsible for any damage, loss, fine, penalty, extraordinary cleaning, or expense resulting from a violation of the house rules or the complex’s regulations.
• Any damage to the property, furniture, linens, decor, appliances, or common areas will be charged to the responsible guest.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of non-compliance, an additional charge for deep cleaning and deodorization will be applied.
• Pets are not allowed without prior written authorization and payment of a fee for deodorization and specialized cleaning.
• For stays longer than 7 nights, a mandatory weekly cleaning will be performed at an additional cost to the guest.
• The guest must keep the apartment in a reasonably tidy and clean condition throughout the entire stay.
• The host shall not be liable for matters related to national, state, or municipal security.
• The host shall not be liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, losses, thefts, or items left behind during the stay.
• The guest agrees to use the property and common areas at their own risk.
• Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in immediate termination of the stay, eviction from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without the right to a refund.
• In the event of a serious violation, the host may request assistance from private security, the complex management, or the appropriate authorities.
