Puerto Vallarta, Bay View Apartment. 5 min from the Malecon.

Host responsiveness to inquiries and requests for additional water was very prompt. The location is perfect! Close to the beach, restaurants, Malecón, we loved it. The hill to the building isn’t suitable if you have mobility issues but we took it on as a way to burn off the cervezas! Reduced one star: We had some challenges with having enough kitchens utensils, mugs, and bowls but I’ve let the host know for future guests so hopefully they will be just as prompt as they were with the other things. The rooftop view and pool cannot be beat. Million dollar view. We had a wonderful 10 days!

The apartment was beautifully furnished. The rooftop pool area was wonderful. The roosters were loud, but they had a charm about them LOL The owners were a little late to respond with our requests or questions but they would eventually, usually after we had to leave the place unfortunately. The last block up the steep hill is treacherous with lots of loose rocks - and the busy road doesn't like to stop for pedestrians which was dangerous at times. But the place was so nice inside. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything. AC was wonderful! We had wondered if there was a better way to traverse down the hill more safely. But the view is tough to beat on the rooftop. Roof top pool was amazing We rented 2 floor for a month and had access to the roof top pool. I enjoyed the pool every day. I would rent here again. The nabourhood has everything with in minutes walk a grocery store that sells everything, also lots of delicious taco stands.
