Other things to note
Hi! Homes in Puerto Rico’s countryside are unique—here are a few things to know before booking:
Most homes are not insulated, so outside noise can be more noticeable than in the U.S. This home is in the town’s urban area, so you may hear activity from nearby schools, restaurants, and a basketball court.
This is a two-story, multi-family home. Your unit is on the top (street level), with a separate family living below. Each has its own private entrance and living space.
This is a family-oriented “campo” neighborhood where neighbors know each other—it’s normal for people to greet you or stop for a quick chat.
There’s always activity nearby, including a great Chinese restaurant across the street and a baseball park and basketball court next door—expect a lively local vibe!
Lastly, please note that this property does not have a generator. Puerto Rico’s electrical grid can be unstable, especially in rural areas, and power outages may occur during your stay. While outages are outside of our control, we appreciate your understanding.
