About this apartment rental
This mid century home has been updated and renovated purposefully. This is a Semi Detached Duplex. The unit access is located at the front of the building at the porch with the portico. Once inside, the open concept main floor is spacious and purposeful. A private room for the Working traveler is equipped with a Desk/Workspace and a comfortable lounging chair.
Guests will be emailed check in information close to their arrival.
We prefer to give our guests their space. We are available by text or the Airbnb app if they need us.
This older neighbourhood has received a reresection with the addition of a Luxury Condo building at the end of the street. New infrastructure was completed in the fall. A diverse area of Multi Family homes /Condos as well as a Seniors Residence, makes this a community. There is a great family styled park on the other side of Homer Watson, Meinzinger Park. With its separate Soccer fields. Lakeside Park is also close by with walking trails and water fowl.
The Grand river transit is close by. Walk to 3058 bus stop at Highland / Heiman. The 16 will take you to Belmont & Victoria where you get a transfer to the 20 that will take you to City Hall. There you can get on the LRT (light rail transit) that will take you north to Conestoga Mall and South to Fairview Park Mall. Uber & taxis are also available.
This is a Semi-detached Duplex. The building is a unique Semi Detached with the neighbours on the Right Side of this unit. The Duplex is a basement apartment and an upper 2 storey apartment. Both with private entrances. The only shared space is the parking lot.
No parties or gatherings of any kind.
• Quiet hours 10pm–7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously — be considerate of neighbours.
• No smoking of any kind indoors. A fine of up to $500 will be charged if smoke is detected to cover professional remediation.
• No pets.
• No open flames — candles and incense are not permitted.
• • No parties or gatherings of any kind.
