Very nice bright apartment of 30m² modern, renovated and tastefully decorated on the 5th floor with elevator, composed of an entrance cabin bunk beds, living room with double bed and sofa bed with a safe.
Spacious bathroom with large shower cubicle.
Set back from the street, a few steps from the city center/port/magnificent beaches, you will be quiet to admire the impressive panoramic view of the sea, mountain, forest, boats from the very comfortable balcony of 11m² with a telescope.
Free parking at the bottom of the residence.
Pets allowed for free.
Rental for 5 nights minimum.
Location: Quiet, set back from the street. The town centre, the beaches, the port are about 700 metres away. At the bottom of the street, you will find many shops: bakery, restaurants, Carrefour City food shops, Spar, laundromat, café-tabac-press, bars, ice cream parlours... Carrefour department store 5 minutes away by car.
More details: The accommodation (30m²+11m² balcony) is composed of a cabin entrance with bunk beds, separated from the living room by a glazed set with sliding door.
The bright living room with a direct view of the Gulf has several areas:
The kitchen area: complete and functional, consisting of a combined oven (MO, grill, air fryer), electric filter coffee maker, electric kettle, electric plancha, ceramic hob, top fridge, many kitchen utensils (glasses, wine glasses, champagne glasses, bowls, cups, plates, glasses and plastic plates for children), separated from the dining area by a serving hatch with niches.
The dining area is located in front of the bay window, overlooking the balcony and the gulf with its superb view.
The sleeping area is composed of a double bed facing the TV.
The relaxation area is equipped with a large 2-meter long sofa (with chest), which can be transformed into an extra bed for the 5th person.
The large bathroom is composed of toilet, sink, large shower cubicle.
With the 32-inch TV, you will have many channels, radio channels, catch-up, etc. as well as wifi and ultra-fast fibre.
Finally, the outdoor area with a remarkable surface area of 11m² will offer you sunset and sunrise shows, as well as a superb view of the gulf, the mountains, the surrounding forest, the boats... Very well appointed, it is composed of a relaxation area, more in the shade with garden furniture, armchairs, coffee table and then a dining area with table and chairs for 5 people. You can also take advantage of a telescope available, to admire the distant mountains, the sea, the forest, the stars...
The apartment is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
The parking lot at the bottom of the residence is available free of charge, in a free space with many parking spaces, reserved for the residence.
Cleaning is to be carried out by you on departure (or flat rate of 60 euros).
Linen is not included in the rental but offered as an option.
