You are approximately 1 minute away by car or 10 minutes on foot, following the path along Lagoa Timeantube. The location makes it easy to enjoy the village's restaurants, shops, bars, and nightlife, and then return to the apartment to relax in a peaceful and cozy environment.

🏖️ Exclusive Access to Praia do Castelo

One of the great advantages of our accommodation is that our guests have exclusive access to Praia do Castelo, approximately 1 minute away by car and 10 to 15 minutes on foot.

The beach is peaceful, has no rocks, and is ideal for swimming. It is an excellent option for those looking for peace, comfort, and greater privacy.

We have partners who offer breakfast delivery directly to the apartment/accommodation.

Orders and payments are made directly with the partner, allowing you to choose the option you prefer and enjoy breakfast without having to leave the accommodation in the morning.

🔑 Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, enjoying the entire space with comfort and privacy. In addition, they can also use all the condominium’s outdoor facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, playground, soccer field, poolside restaurant, convenience store near the entrance, and one covered parking space.

🗣️ Communication will be simple and convenient: you will receive all detailed information about your reservation, check-in, and apartment access directly through Airbnb. In addition, you will have access to my phone number for any needs during your stay.

📋 Inside the apartment, you will find a notice with key information, as well as a welcome guide with useful details about the property, the area, services, tours, and recommended places to visit.

To ensure a pleasant, clean, and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

🚭 Non-smoking apartment: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment.

🐾 Pets: We love animals, but unfortunately, at the moment, we do not have the necessary facilities to accommodate pets.

👥 Guest and visitor access: For security reasons, access is restricted to the guests included in the reservation.

🪪 Visitors: Visitors may be allowed with prior authorization from the host. A valid photo ID must be presented upon arrival.

🌙 Overnight stays: Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight under any circumstances.

🤝 Responsibility: The guest responsible for the reservation is also responsible for their visitors and for ensuring that these rules are followed throughout the entire stay.

🔇 Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During this period, we kindly ask guests to avoid any noise that could disturb the neighbors.

🎉 Parties and events: Parties, events, or any type of gathering that may cause excessive noise or disturb the peace and quiet of the condominium are not permitted.
